Dear Guests,
We present you some simple rules to take advantage of our services and spend a peaceful stay.
I Quercioli offers you a peaceful holiday with the chance to visit the city and discover the culture and secrets of the Emilian Food Valley.
Booking
Reservations can be either by telephone or online. Generally, we respond within 24 hours of the request.
Check-in
From 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
In case you foresee a different arrival time, please notify us in advance.
We require a valid personal document.
Check-out
We ask you to check out by 10.30 am.
If you need to stay longer, you can tell us in advance to allow the best performance of our activities based on availability.
Payments
We accept credit or debit card and pay-pal, NEXI, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEXPESS cards.
Cancellation policy
No penalty will be applied up to 15 days before the arrival date.
- From 14 days to 5 days before the arrival date a fee of 30% will be charged (value of the confirmatory deposit paid) for the entire stay.
- From 4 days before the arrival date a penalty equal to 100% of the entire booked stay will be charged to the credit card.
- In case of “no show” or early departure, a penalty equal to 100% of the entire booked stay will be charged to the credit card.
Keys
For your safety, the keys of the structure cannot be replicated. In case of loss, the cost of lock replacement will be charged.
The management is not responsible for theft or loss of objects left unattended inside the structure
Processing of Personal Data
The personal data and any other element learnt by our Company during the course of the assignment, will be subject to secrecy restrictions and will be treated in respect of the privacy and the rights of the person through the systematic application by us of appropriate protection measures for both paper and electronic data processing and appropriate to the specific nature of the data (simple personal data or sensitive or judicial data). Following the Italian Legislative Decree 196/03, the Customer is informed that his personal data will be processed only for the purposes determined by the contractual relationship to these purposes (including accounting and administrative purposes).
For your quiet stay:
- we invite you to adopt a behavior that respects the peace and relaxation of other guests.
- the guest is obliged to respect the environments, the equipment and the furnishings that you find in the Agriturismo.
- It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the rooms.
- It is forbidden to use extra heating appliances and open flames in the rooms.
We also ask to be respectful of the environment and to minimize waste.
MAIN SERVICES
Breakfast
A self-service buffet is available in the kitchen or in the fireplace room from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. It is possible to request in advance a different time.
Swimming pool
A 60 sq. m swimming pool is available for the guests, where you can swim and relax. Before using the swimming pool it is mandatory to read and agree to the rules for the use of the pool
Use of the pool
- It is possible to access the pool from 9 a.m. to 7.30 p.m.
- The presence of personnel assigned to first aid operations is mandatory prior to the use of the pool. As supervision is not continuous, check their presence before entering the pool.
- It is forbidden the use of the pool to unaccompanied children under the age of 12.
- It is forbidden to dive and run on the pool floor.
- It is strictly recommended not to bathe less than three hours after eating a meal.
- It is compulsory to enter the pool by passing through the foot-washing basin where there is a shower that must be used before entering the water.
- Free diving activities are prohibited.
Bicycles
Some bicycles are available for the guests free of charge and must be returned in the condition in which they were delivered. Any damage will be calculated to the user.
Tyding up the rooms
The room will be rearranged if the room is vacated by 10:30 am.
The replacement of the bathroom linen and sheets will be done every 3 days (excluding departure and the day before).
We ask you to leave the towels on the floor when you want them replaced.
A laundry service for personal effects is available on request.
The guests can use free of charge a kettle / teapot with various infusions.
Private bathroom
Each room has its own private bathroom.
The bathrooms have organic toiletries and a hairdryer.
Internet
You can connect to the internet. Wi-Fi is free and available in all parts of the Agriturismo.
Television
A television is available in each room.
We kindly ask our guests to keep the television and any musical equipment at a volume that respects the peace and harmony of the environment, especially during the hours of rest: from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 11:00 pm to 9:00 am.
Parking area
The parking inside the Agriturismo is free of charge for our guests and it is not guarded. There are no particular risks, however we advise you to lock the cars.
BUS
At about 100 m there is the bus stop that connects Parma, Langhirano, the city center and the station.
Services on request
Guided tours and food tasting
On request, guided tours can be organized to nearby companies with local products such as ham factories, sausage factories, cheese factories and wineries, to discover the secrets of Italy’s most famous Food Valley.
There are some agreements in place with nearby restaurants to take advantage of discounts and for special tasting of traditional food.
Diving
Among the various services, the guest has the possibility to approach the underwater world with the experience of the scuba equipment in the pool. The qualification of FIAS federal instructor and the long experience in the sector (since 1976) of the owner allow the guests to practice this sport, even with the achievement of the relevant patents: from the youngest (9 years) to technical dives using the Rebreathers.
Ceremonies e Meetings
On request, the Agriturismo can host ceremonies and meetings with the possibility of having refreshments indoors or outdoors depending on the season.
